Tara Technologies provides website development, software solutions, mobile applications, digital marketing, domain & hosting, and related IT consulting services. All projects, proposals, and deliverables are subject to mutually agreed written contracts or quotations.
All designs, source code, graphics, and materials produced by Tara Technologies remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use deliverables after full payment.
Clients must provide timely access to content, approvals, and feedback necessary to complete the project. Delays in response may extend project timelines.
Both parties agree to keep project details, business information, and client data confidential and not disclose them to third parties without written consent.
Tara Technologies shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages including data loss or revenue loss. Services are provided “as is” without warranties.
We may use third-party tools, APIs, or integrations. Tara Technologies is not responsible for their performance, security, or policies.
Either party may cancel a project with written notice. Completed work or expenses incurred before cancellation must be paid in full.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan under the jurisdiction of courts in Lahore, Pakistan.
